We will produce the drawings based on your ideas, make recommendations in terms of building regulations and layout, provide a detailed quote and get on with the Job!
Manage the renovation contractor on your behalf
In case you would like to be a bit more in control of the works we can be involved in as much as you want in the pre-construction phases, architectonic design, structural design, party wall consent, planning application, creating work schedules and building control notes, contractor selection, tendering, and contract elaboration In such case, during the works we will act as the contract administrator between you and the main contractor, in a way that payments to the contractor are made in instalments as the works progress making sure a retention is held by you as a safeguard in case defective or non-confirming work or materials is provided.sometimes as remodeling, they usually involve substantially changing the structure, such as altering the floor layout; removing or replacing a defective section, such as a chimney breast; or adding an extension or conversion.
