Our Specialisation

At Tenza, we are dedicated to the transformation of England's real estate landscape. 

After doing intense renovations to over 20 buildings since 2018 we fell in love with the charming Georgian and Victorian architecture.

We realised that extending, doing dormers conversions, changing roofs, improving energy efficiency, or performing full renovations on properties that are sometimes over 100 years old can be more challenging than new builds.

We could have continued to focus on our intensive renovations with the same care, love, and passion we've dedicated to every project. 

However, we concluded that, after repeatedly tackling the most challenging and difficult aspects, such as obtaining planning approvals, changing the use of buildings, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, we could leverage the expertise of our in-house team and our strong relationships with collaborators to focus our energy and time on doing land promotion in an innovative way.

We genuinely believe that property development can be a win-win for everyone involved. 

We enjoy working on an open-book basis with landowners, ensuring that their land becomes the foundation for a development project with the best possible chance of realising its full potential, achieving a maximised return, and being both deliverable, environmentally friendly, and energy efficient.

How Do Landowners Benefit from Working with Tenza?

Our focus is on small sites in Kent, Surrey and South London, with sizes ranging from a third to four acres. We have a particular fondness for these plots of land, which are often overlooked by most land promoters.

Why do we prefer small sites? It's simple. Big house builders require larger plots to cover their substantial overheads. While it's true that big house developers benefit from economies of scale due to their purchasing power, you'll be surprised by how efficiently our in-house team can procure construction materials, and our contractors can complete projects at very reasonable rates.

We place a strong emphasis on location, as avoiding long-distance travel for our trusted tradesmen is a key factor in delivering projects on time and within budget.
