Manage the contractor on your behalf

We manage the main contractor on your behalf

Some people would prefer to enter into a contract directly with a main contractor, and sometimes, that main contractor is not us. However, they still want us involved to control the cost, ensure the quality is right, and that it is built on time.

All renovation projects require a good amount of time before the first brick or cubic meter of concrete is laid down. We usually spend as much time planning what we are going to do in our own properties as the time we spend on the actual works, and it really pays off.

Some builders just want to crack on with the job and play it by ear; we believe that is a very risky approach.

Over time, we have created a very robust framework that allows us to budget, tender out to potential contractors, check contractors' references, and compare their tenders (comparing like-for-like with builders' quotes is not straightforward), and then manage the works.

Bear in midn that It is quite likely that some contractors will not be able or willing to support you to get planning consent or building control approval. We are very happy to do that on your behalf.

Whatever your situation might be, please contact us to discuss how we could help you.
