Bienes Raíces UK provides information about UK Property Investment in Spanish. The programme is aimed at Latin American Real Estate Investors. The show has been conceived taking in mind the perspective of a foreigner, avoiding the lingo and jargon that will confuse and put off a foreign investor and going straight to the point that matters -why it is UK property a great investment opportunity right now for Investors in Latin America!

The core reason behind Tenza's investment strategy is the attractiveness of the UK Property market for investing in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) for a Latin American Investor, due to a combination of:
