This is a step we recommend you do before starting any renovation. It will help you to define if it really makes sense to renovate and will give you an estimate of what would be the cost of the renovation works, but more importantly, will assist you to evaluate how much value the works could add to your property or what would be the additional rental income if the property you want to renovate is a rental property.

If you know what you want, but do not have the free time, the knowledge of the patience required to manage the contractor we will do all for you! We will produce the drawings based on your ideas, make recommendations in terms of building regulations and layout, provide a detailed quote and get on with the Job!


Manage the renovation contractor on your behalf

If you would like to have more control over the works, we can assist as much as you require during the pre-construction phases. Our involvement can include architectural design, structural design, party wall consent, planning applications, creating work schedules, building control documentation, contractor selection, tendering, and contract preparation.

During the construction phase, we will act as the contract administrator between you and the main contractor. This ensures that payments to the contractor are made in instalments as the work progresses, with a retention held by you as a safeguard against defective or non-compliant work or materials.
