We manage the main contractor on your behalf

Some people prefer to enter into a contract directly with a main contractor, and sometimes, that contractor is not us. However, they still want our involvement to control costs, ensure quality, and keep the project on schedule.

Every renovation project requires considerable planning before the first brick is laid or the first cubic metre of concrete is poured. In fact, we usually spend as much time planning as we do on the actual works—and this approach truly pays off.

While some builders may prefer to dive straight into a project and make decisions as they go, we believe this is a risky approach.

Over time, we have developed a robust framework that allows us to:
  • Accurately budget for the project.
  • Tender work to potential contractors.
  • Verify contractors’ references.
  • Compare tenders effectively (as comparing builders’ quotes like-for-like is rarely straightforward).
  • Manage the works to ensure smooth progress.
It’s important to note that many contractors may be unable—or unwilling—to assist you with obtaining planning consent or building control approval. We are more than happy to handle this on your behalf.

Whatever your situation, please feel free to contact us to discuss how we can support you with your project.
